Rail of Lights Christmas & New Year's Train
Make this a Christmas to remember
aboard the Rail of Lights Christmas Train in Jefferson,
Texas. The unforgettable ride on an old-fashioned steam
train departs each Thursday through Sunday evening from
Thanksgiving through December 28. More than 300,000
lights along the Big Cypress Bayou will awe passengers
as the "Spirit of Christmas Past" comes alive. This
nostalgic look at Christmas discovers the origins of the
festival and how it has evolved over the centuries.
Also, ring in the New Year with the
Rail of Lights New Year's Train running on December 31.
This ride will feature the dropping of the ball in Times
Square, complete with beverages, noisemakers and a
fantastic fire works show on every train ride.

Year's Eve? Reserve a space at our Cypress Bayou
RV Park. Enjoy wooded privacy only minutes from
historic downtown Jefferson. As our guest, you'll
get to take in the Christmas lights that skirt the park
as well as having a front row seat for each and every

How do I get Tickets?
The easiest way to get tickets is to
purchase them on-line by

clicking here for New Year's Train.
We take phone orders and walk up orders
at the depot Friday through Sunday from noon until
4:00pm and New Year's Eve day from noon until 4:00pm..
If the operator is not available just
leave a message and they will return your call in the
order received.
